All Hampers were delivered as requested. All the recipients of the hampers were very pleased with the contents which made me very happy indeed. I would recommend iHampers to my friends and family. a great experience for everybody.

Where is my hamper???
Birthday hamper has not arrived on the day ordered, still waiting for it,

Parcel never arrived
Parcel never arrived. had lots of communications. Parcel picked up from you by courier. and delivered to the rest home on the due date. but left in foyer. not signed in and did not get to the the person in question. Should have been taken to reception desk and signed for.
Late delivery date …
The hamper itself was really good however this was arranged for my mums birthday but only delivered the day after her birthday which was very disappointing as it ruined the whole purpose. I did specify the delivery date for her birthday and I have written to them but have had no response unfortunately. For this reason unlikely I will use them again.

Very good BUT!!!
Well up until the last order to my Grandsons everything was going well. BUT the most important one was to my very young Grandsons. They never prepared the order let alone deliver it. All I got was a email 2 days after chasing was. We are giving your money back ( they didn't actually say it but it was vrcer made up) and we can't send anything!!!

What delivery…??
I requested delivery on December 23rd but as of today, December 25th, the hamper has not been delivered. My sister was home thtoughout the day and nobody attempted delivery. Not happy as this hamper is a Christmas present for my whole family!!

I ordered 3 hampers
I ordered 3 hampers, 1 adult and 2 children's hampers. My daughter phoned me to let me know all three arrived early on the date I had chosen. Thank you for being efficiant in getting these delivered 2 days before Christmas. A great service and I would recommend this company has have always used due to the lovely choice of hampers as well as the efficiency in delivery.

Ihampers delivered on the specified date which was great, only problem was the courier service ( DHL) left the parcel outside the front door in the pouring rain, which slightly dainted the experience.

Poor system, don't deliver to whole of UK thanks to Brexit! Nice one Boris!
I got notification 48 hrs after ordering that you don't deliver to Northern Ireland.
Your system should be set with an advisory when purchasing.
You also referred to this as an Irish order which it isn't. Northern Ireland is part of the UK.
You may consider your audience when making contact so you don't offend.

Had not received any despatch or tracking information until I emailed to ask if my order had indeed been sent out, waited in all day, had I had the information, I could have rearranged my day. When items did arrive, they were as I had expected

Not a nice experience
I'm sorry to say this was the worst experience I've had using a hamper website.
They took my order on the 1st Dec and didn't contact me until the 20th Dec to say that they couldn't deliver it because it was being sent to Northern Ireland. There website said they could send anywhere in the UK. Other websites stating they exuded N Ireland, they didnt.
Not giving me time get get a replacement at thus late date.

Why is there no place to put the receivees contact details, what do you do if they are not available? Also the note attached was covered by a label so the receiver had no idea who it came from - the sender's name should be on the label or inside. The message should also be INSIDE THE BOX on a card or something.

I have used Ihampers in the past and was prompted by an email as I scratched my head for a last minute prezzie for a dear friend; ordered a beautiful Christmas hamper, which arrived on time as expected! Thanks for making my friend's Christmas memorable!
